We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned—and that’s totally okay! Our return, refund, and exchange policy is designed to be simple and fair to help you shop with confidence.
🛑 Order Changes & Cancellations
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Once your order status changes to PROCESSING, cancellation will no longer be possible.
If the item has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You’ll need to accept the delivery and then initiate a return.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original condition with tags intact and invoice included.
Wrong,defective or damaged products will be refunded within 5-7 days after receiving the products.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method. This may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.
Return pickup (if eligible) and processing may take 4–5 days from the date your return request is approved.
🔔 Important: We reserve the right to reject a return request if we believe the product has been used, washed, worn, or tampered with.
