Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday. No shipping occurs on weekends or public holidays.
During high-volume periods (like sales or festivals), slight delays may occur. But don’t worry—we’ll keep you posted via email if your order is delayed significantly.

💳 PAYMENT TERMS
⚠️ We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid using available payment options at checkout.
✏️ WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

📦 UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

🚫 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your order is marked delivered by the courier, we are no longer liable for the package. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend reporting the issue to your local courier office or authorities.
📦 OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

🔄 RETURN WINDOW
